THE ABC'S OF SELF CARE

PART 1 | 90 MINUTES

 Self-care seems to be a very popular buzz word that falls in the same family with its close relative now known as our new normal. Sometimes these words get thrown around and used so frequently, that they lose their value or meaning to us personally and in general. In this workshop, we are going back to the basics! Remember when you first learned your ABCs and couldn’t wait to recite them to any and every one that will listen? Learning the ABC’s of self-care will have you just as excited!! This workshop takes a look at what self-care is, when it’s the most crucial and what really gets in the way. Participants will be given a tool for prioritizing what’s most important to them in taking really good care of themselves and promoting personal growth. This is definitely not a workshop you want to miss! 

SHIFTING DOESN'T COME AUTOMATICALLY

90 MINUTES

Just like learning to drive a stick shift in a car, shifting energy must also be learned. This requires knowledge and practice BEFORE individuals become skilled in shifting in between positive and negative energy. This workshop provides a hands-on approach to teaching the easiest and most practical way to shift through the seven levels of energy that often drive the way individuals interact with one another. 

WHO'S BEEN SLEEPING IN YOUR HEAD?

90 MINUTES

Ever had a strong desire to make lifestyle changes yet there is just something that stands in the way of your success? Do you beat yourself up for lacking discipline to do the things you really want in your life? If you answered yes to either question, this workshop may just help clear up some of the confusion. There are four mental blocks that are often barriers to changing unwanted behavior and can get in the way of long-term success. Learn and identify the mental blocks that have the most influence over your lifestyle choices and behavior. 

HOW TO K.I.C.K.B.U.T.T. WITHOUT GETTING YOURS KICKED!

6 HOURS

How many hats do you wear? Ever felt beaten down by the many roles and responsibilities you have in your personal and professional life? Sometimes life just seems to kick our behind and we find ourselves on the losing end far more often than we want to admit. This workshop helps participants create a vision, learn communication styles, identify components of a positive self-concept and learn strategies to use in almost ever area of life. Knowledge learned will allow individuals to apply simple, effective strategies that help them achieve a winning record in the game called LIFE! 

THE ABC'S OF SELF CARE

PART 2 | 90 MINUTES

 This workshop is a continuation of the ABC’s of Self-Care. Sometimes raising your personal awareness and having a tool for success is just not enough. Taking a deeper dive into personal choices and behavior that interfere with authentic and consistent self-care is crucial in actually doing just that! Take care of one’s self.  

LIFE DOESN'T COME WITH JUMPER CABLES

90 MINUTES

Most of us have had those moments in life that left us drained! What would life be like if someone invented a set of jumper cables to help get us unstuck when our emotional and mental batteries get drained? While life DOESNT come with jumper cables, this workshop will raise your awareness about what energy is and how to recognize positive and negative energy in yourself and others as well. By understanding the advantage and disadvantages of both types of energy, individuals then have the ability to act as their own set of jumper cables, give themselves a jump start and hopefully move on from some of life's most difficult and draining moments. 

LIVING S.M.A.R.T.

90 MINUTES

At the beginning of each year, many individuals begin to make resolutions for lifestyle changes in many areas of their lives. While it’s not uncommon to make New Year’s resolutions, keeping those resolutions are not as common. It takes more than just desire to get desired results and achieve long-term changes! There’s an art to it and this session will equip you with the formula to make S.M.A.R.T. goals to obtain, maintain and sustain success for years to come. 

PUTTING IT ALL ON THE TABLE

90 MINUTES

This interactive workshop gives participants the opportunity to learn more about their own self-concept and resiliency and how it is impacted by the world in which they operate. Identifying personal barriers, we explore ways to strengthen our response to adverse events and setbacks while achieving our strongest resiliency potential.
