WHAT IS CORE ENERGY COACHING?
What is unique about my life coaching services? I am a Life Coach certified in Core Energy. Core Energy Coaching™ is a method that focuses on getting to the root (or “core”) of an individual’s challenges by identifying and shifting inner thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that block a client’s success. From this place, they can reduce stress, sustainably connect with their purpose and passion, and experience more fulfillment in all areas of life.
TRADITIONAL COACHING
Most individuals who seek out life coaching services have a goal in mind and they want someone to hold them accountable to completing the steps to achieve their desired goal and move them forward. Makes sense and it is effective in the short term while the coach is present and the client is motivated. In reality, the goal is often centered around outside motivation and not the inside barriers that are present and often result in short-term success once the motivation lessens.

Core Energy Coaching™ is about making desired changes from the inside, identifying struggles and blocks that prevent success. Internal mental blocks resolving around limited beliefs, assumptions and interpretations are revealed therefore raising awareness to the choices that drive unproductive and unwanted behavior. The more inner blocks are identified are removed, the more success clients experience in all areas of their lives.
